The Liberty Ballroom was established in 1994 and has since grown to become one of the finest Dance and Entertainment venues in the South of England. With its huge sprung timber dance floor and spacious seating area for up to 250 people the Ballroom is a superb facility for lovers of dance. Our main function is providing the instruction of various types of dance and then to hold social events for the enjoyment of dance. Three main types of dance are taught, the most popular being Modern Jive, then we have Ballroom and Latin with a twist and finally the ever popular Line Dance. Our well stocked bars provide a wide range of soft and alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices.
SOCIAL DANCES
Many social nights are held throughout the year and these are open to dancers and non-dancers alike. For 2008 we already have over 40 events planned with something for eveybody including 60s & 70s discos, Soul and Motown, 80s nights, Jive nights, Country nights and other spectacular themed evenings to keep you on your toes.

PRIVATE & CORPORATE FUNCTIONS
The Ballroom is available to hire for private and corporate functions but to discerning clients only. We curently have an extensive list of blue chip and local companies who have used our facilities for various events. Please use the link for more information.
